I got a call from the above number on 9th May 2014 early evening. I am Ex-Directory and registered with TPS to stop cold calls. Nems is a Market Research company so the law does not prevent them from annoying people by calling them. I frequently travel internationally with my work and to be woken up with a cold call when I am trying to get some sleep after 20 or more hours traveling is annoying beyond all belief. To be fair when I said we do not accept cold calls of any kind the girl said fair enough
