100% lloyds number. i even told them it sounded weird that they where asking questions that you dont usually share and they just sayd call the number at the back of the card. so i did and after 5mins of me talking with assistant my call got transfered to the same person from 03453511685 number i was talking to before hand :D end of the day getting new card made now and everything is sorted
