If you don't press 1, nothing happens and then you get cut off. This seems like a fraudsters way of weeding out the less gullible who will merely waste their time challenging their BS.

I had this number, and all i do is turn my landline on silent and only use it as a one way call, and if someone gives you a rough time of calling you, you will see the light go on when they are calling or use the landline as a one way, calling out and your mobile to take calls, you can get phones that block numbers, and only let the ones you want through. It asks you to press 1 and says if you don't, that a warrant will soon be issued for your arrest. Hang up and block the number, DO NOT PRESS 1.
