Phoned about a non fault accident I might have had ... The usual! Knew nothing about the accident ... Probably because I haven't had one

This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.

Hung up when I answered. Saved the number in my phone as pest caller after reading the comments

I received a call from this number, when I answered they hung up, however the call seemed to continue. I think this is some sort of scam.

Called at 17.15 today, Answerphone just got foreign voice saying Goodbye . I am TPS registered.

The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. They will ask you to make the first payment of your loan for the loan to be sent in your bank. Don t believe them. Don t send them any money !!

Kept calling me and when I finally answered, he started trying to ask me questions about who I was banking with. I refused to tell him as I was unsure of his intentions. He then stated my postcode, which was correct, and said he would send some information in the post. unrecognised international number. Got another earlier from a withheld number with recorded message to say I missed a call from my internet service provider

if its not a scam then how did they get my house number and my name as these are protected under the data protection act and i have no debts so why do they keep ringing me and will not give me details ?
