After two local locksmiths quoted £250-300 for work done inc. emergency call out fee. I ignore all calls coming into my landline number until the caller speaks. If no one speaks within a few seconds, I assume that I ve been called by an autodialler which is activated by the sound of my voice, and because I ve remained silent.... nothing happens, or I hang up. I then dial 1471 for the number and Google it. I never call any numbers they ve left for me to call. If they are too lazy to make any effort to contact me themselves.... then their call can t be that important!

Received missed call at 18:50 which in itself is strange for a business. When I called it back there was a Click, and then a holding Jingle music started playing, as if I'd been transferred to another line. I ended the call after about 10secs. I would consider it spam

Call center for Learning Curve . They have your number if you have ever searched or done the starting process for one of the 'free Level 2 courses' with government funding. The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.

This is a scam. Number repeatedly calls, leaving broken voicemail message, starting: "...county courthouse" and inviting you to call back. On returning the call the individual answering identified themselves as HMRC and proceeded to ask for personal details. When I said I wasn't prepared to give any personal details over the phone, they told me to "get lost" and hung up. Be wary out there folks!

I guess the previous owner had to cancel the number because of debt collecter calls. I have never gave this number to anybody yet so I just ignore it. Looks like the debt collector doesnt have their address...
