Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. They will ask you to make the first payment of your loan for the loan to be sent in your bank. Don t believe them. Don t send them any money !!

Very doubtful phone call from "Microsoft Central Services". My PC has been hacked last night (while it was off-line and switched off). Why a London phone number for a pretended problem in Switzerland? Why in English and not in German?

I get a daily call despite being registered with TPS. I don t answer it. So pensions have replaced PI for an excuse for telemarketing "companies" to harrass you :-(

This is a group of scammers pretending to be a web company. Would you trust people who (A) are registered abroad but setup a UK number to get your money and (B) cold call as they clearly haven t got a service anyone would want to purchase by any other means. Use your brain ... BLOCK them!

"Assent Finance" or some similar name- I was told, phone sounded unclear and as if a mobile, luckily it got cut off

Just left a name and said "I have a question for you" not asking the question, not leaving a message.

Called me today. I didn't answer as I didn't recognise it. No message left but I did sign up to donate to Shelter recently so as someone else has flagged it was Shelte...

This number called me TWICE. I didn t recognise number so did not pickup. I wish organisations that are selling people s mobile numbers wouldn t because it s really annoying. Number is now blocked.

This number called with message about "every house needs to be done by 2016" plus "we are in your area" last week - some solar panel scam. Didn t answer - the message is recorded on my answerphone. Same message from 01316483485 yesterday - same result. This lot have probably rented fake numbers from a major phone company which offers them on its web site. Some firms offer call centres numbers which give the person called the idea that it is a local call.

Unknown number not in contacts through WhatsApp asking for my name ???? . Option to block and report to WAP ( so i did ASAP ) . This is obviously a new thing to try and extract ...
