They called again, I know it s Consumer Lifestyles as I have the number logged in my phone as "Consumer Lifestyles Scammer" As it s Christmas I thought I d have a chat with the Asian lady. Recorded message saying there was a fraud warrant in my name and to press 1 to be connected to HMRC, if I didn't a warrant would be issued for my immediate arrest. Over 24 hours and I'm still waiting!
I had a missed call from this number and having read here that it was a debt collection company I panicked that I had forgotten to pay something! So the man on the phone searched my number and in the meantime asked for my surname. I replied that surely he should know my surname as it was them who called me. Call was from WWF. Calling the number back gives you the option to have your number removed from their system.
Keep getting calls from this number, they usually ask to speak to "the business owner", I ve taken the call a bit further in the past and they ve asked if I was interested in selling the business.

This unrecognised number called me yet again! Initially, I did not answer but then fearing it might be Check & Trace I tried to ring it back. It just cuts off so clearly either spam, scammers or phishing. DO NOT ANSWER. I've now BLOCKED it.

I did not give my details but asked why he had called me and he put the telephone down. I rang back but it just rings and rings.
