Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. SCAM Said they have a refund from HMRC because I incorrectly paid tax on a PPI claim which I did not make. Scary that they have my mobile number, my name and my post code thought. Someone being selling my data.
SPAM This number is from a batch of similar numbers: 07488871703. 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, 07488871560. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.
