said a name, ?Mathews? and from Microsoft, in Reading business park, calling because their computer system has detected my security number is compromised. When I said I didnt believe him he offered to quote my computer security number and get me to type it in and if it didnt agree with what my computer said I could hang up and I would never hear from him again. I hang up.

Try to get you to look at the worth of your pension. Very persistent. When you try to call them back you get music played in your ear then automatically disconnected. Staff accuse you of shouting at them and talk over you as you try to talk to them. Bad customer service.
No idea who called as we have a phone guardian so unknown numbers are intercepted except for a couple which are announced giving us the option to accept or reject. The phone does not even ring. The only way we know someone has phoned is when we pick the receiver up and it shows there has been a missed call
