you receive a text from these people and you text back to say stop as they requested and then you get text messages every week and they charge you 4.50 for the privilege I phoned 02033181627 to an auto service to unsubscribe and we will see what happens I will also report this to EE as they have taken money which we had not authorised as it is a work mobile.
As others have said spam caller, I would block it but they have a whole batch of numbers beginning 020389698** the last 2 digits change daily. My phone is registered on TPS but they still call so breaking the law doesn't bother them.I just reject all numbers that pop up from 0203 now

Received numerous calls from this number regarding an accident i had been involved in, claiming that i was due compensation due to a personal injury, had numerous conversations with them telling them i was dealing with my insurance company. calls became frequent and abusive with **** on the other end swearing at me and hanging up.
