Tried to return call to make a complaint, but constantly engaged. Www says company is bogus, so beware!

This is one of many numbers on a scam/spam rampage. Ive tracked the number to a street in liverpool, but i m not sure if they are using a proxy or not. I have a name of the operator and told them to take my number off ALL the numbers databases....Short to say I have been phoned a few days later, from the same office or complex. Received call on landline at 7.49pm today. A female voice with a non local accent said she was calling from microsoft and asked for the main owner of the computer. I said no I am practising music, strummed a few notes, and she rang off. Clearly cannot recognise talent.
