Silent call The owners of this number need to learn how to use an autodialler properly. Twice today (so far) I've picked up phone to silence at the other end. Whatever they're selling, I'd be reluctant to buy from a company that makes silent calls because they can't set up an autodialler correctly. Clue: You need people at YOUR end to speak to those who pick up. Amateurs!

Scam call pretending to be your internet provider and then attempt to get remote access to your computer. They say your internet is about to be cut off, press 1 to speak to someone. They are low life scammers trying to either get you to buy their scam software license or steal your banking details. Beware!!!

Just received a call from this number with recording claiming to be from BT(internet) re suspicious activity in my line. Only suspicious activity is the cretins doing these scams.
Automated caller with female voice claiming charges made to VISA account, one of around £700 and another of £900 from earlier in the day. Prompts the caller to press '1' to cancel the charges. These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs.
