A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to a national chain of clinics called Spa Medica.
Always get calls like this where it says it's a local number, never a local caller on the phone. Calls about accident claims or never actually speaks on the other end.

Scammers seem to be choosing pensioners an awful lot, must think we are all brainless. Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.
