Called today at 12.00pm. Asked for a Mr David Vine, then hung up rapidly, not interested in a reply.

A woman cold-called asking about my "recent accident". There hadn t been one. She was fishing for information, but one wonders where she got the phone number. Their number is now blocked.

I don t answer calls from unknown numbers, but look them up on the Internet. Having read other people s comments I m pleased I didn t answer. Thank you all for your comments. They really helped.

I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight. I ve not been on holiday for over 11 years. I ve repeatedly asked for my number to be taken off the system. But when I ask for the company s name or to speak to the manager, they hand the phone up. Keeps calling saying and when answered a pre-recorded message states that it is urgent for them to speak to me and I should ring a 0844 number asap.

Should not be calling and harassing me... I am supposed to be on the list that says that they cannot cold call.
