The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.
Scam phone call trying to extrot money and personal details.
Just spoken to O2 regarding this number and the calls my wife had been getting. They confirmed that the number does belong to O2 and is not a scam, it is their Customer Research (for want of a better description) calling to ensure she was getting the right deal for her and to see if she wanted to upgrade, so I suppose they re Market Research/Sales. Perfectly safe to answer. If in doubt, just don t give answers to questions you feel uncomfortable about.

Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!

Answered all 3 calls from this company. And 3 times I stated I wasn t interested. I have now blocked the call from my mobile. They do not accept the word "No" all 3 calls were from men that could barely speak English. Don t waste your time answering this call. Lady with Far Eastern accent informed me she was calling from Sky Technical about my broadband. I told her I didn't have Sky broadband and she then said she represented all the other ISP's, Talk Talk Vodafone etc. I then ended the call. Beware!
