Again say they produce activity books for disabled children and claimed they been in touch last year and it wasn t a good time for me then so calling now as would love to have me onboard. Automated message pertaining to be contacting me about suspending my National Insurance number due to illegal activity. Claimed it was time sensitive that I speak to them urgently to avoid having assets frozen and being arrested! Awful message!!

Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction

Voice mail message stating it was my bank and that they had noticed that I was using amazon prime and if I wanted to stop this service press 1 to speak to their amazon service desk. Needless to say I didn’t press 1 as I don’t use amazon prime. I also rang my bank and they confirmed it was a scam.
