Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Received calls regarding a supposed car accident from this number several time over the last two months. I ve been reasonable and told them I understand it s their job, nothing personal, but it s irritating as hell when you work afternoons/evenings and you re getting calls at 7.45am, and you don t even own a car.
