SCAM. 01254 790683 phoned me today saying the was a Morgage company but when I rang it rang it back it says it’s a leisure group so they have either been hacked or it’s a scam.

is it not time that all mobile companies put a block on these numbers, after all we are paying them for a service, they keep coming up with new phones, so you can block a number yourself, but in order to do this you have to have a phone or tablet that can do this, so we should all protest to mobile or BT companies to sort this out now

A man claiming to work for Sky media told me that my internet connection had been compromised as there were apparently other people accessing my network. I was told that this person needed to access my account to block these people from using my internet connection. I told him that I could see which devices were using my network by logging in to my account (which I did while I was talking to him). I didn t pick up but I knew exactly what they were calling for, this was the third time they called me in as many days. Every couple of months EE will try to get me to switch from the £10 Everything sim to something more expensive. I tell them every time that I m not interested in changing at all but they keep calling. Most annoying thing ever- they don t take no for an answer and when I say I m not interested they pretend they didn t hear and keep trying.

Someone called introducing himself as Peter Jones from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd . they are impersonating a business and personal name by using this landline number to sell a personal loan and trying to get money from people. I checked Finance and Investment solutions Ltd by FCA, and I have been told that Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company offering only mortgages and its telephone number is totally different from this phone
Was advised by my insurer they would be calling. Glad they did!
