The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. these people rang me 4 times and on 4th, I told them not to call again and remove my number but they hung up . 45 minutes later they rang a 5th time, so I used language they may more understand. Do not answer !!!!!
