Automated voice claiming that my National Insurance number and bank account have been suspended. It said that I had been involved in criminal activity and that I was compelled by the department to press 1. I didn't press 1. after 5 seconds, the call was cut off.

You are instructed to go to your computer and press [Windows + R] key and type "anydesk" and press enter. Then you are to search Google for "anydesk". They called me with a pre-recorded message claiming to be a tax refund thing. Press 5 to continue or 9 to unsubscribe. I have a feeling pressing either number would have cost me dearly.
Have had two calls from this number. As there has been a recent south staffs water breach i am very wary. Upon ringing the number on a witheld number the phone has an international dial tone and no one answers the call
I have been spammed with calls from this company. I had 4 calls in the space of 2 hours while I was in a meeting at work. I finally picked up and told them I m not remotely interested in reviewing my pensions as they are handled through my company and to remove me from their database. They persisted in being very pushy and I hung up. 30 minutes later I received another call from the number and I blocked it.
