"We have been informed you have been in an accident in the last 3 years". I haven t. It is an automated call, the "person" you are talking to is actually automated. I am on the no call list so am reporting them.
INTERNET SCAM This number from Switzerland called saying that they would cut off my internet if I didn't respond to their technical executive! 4th call today with this internet story. SCAM Called to say my home appliance cover will be discounted. Gave the name of Chris Jones and a contact number of 08007789104. Gave him false sort code and account number to see where this was going. He asked me to "confirm" my date of birth also gave him a false date, he missed the fact it was April Fool's day. This number was given to me by Visa Card Scammers, when I questioned the quality of the call. They asked for my bank sort code, (I gave them one that I knew from Coventry) Then in an effort to prove they were legit, proceeded to tell me where my bank was.
