He said, is that Mrs Evans and proceeded to quote my address, and then went on to say that I had a washing machine of which the insurance has expired. I only said, yes...er no, and he put the receiver down. I did have an insurance with D&G but not with DAG, and the machine has not been insured in years. How did he have my details?
