Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. I hung up after giving her some gob back. Someone from the same number tried ringing back 5 minutes after to which I just blocked the call and number! They are now bl

This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. Genuine line but some scam is pretending to be their number on incoming call display.

Asked if I wanted to claim PPI. Told them I was on TPS, asked for their address to complain, and he slammed the phone down on me. - Nice !

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. I have no idea who this is, it s only because my latest phone bill has come in & this number has cost me ?1.63. I never dial 0871 numbers so this must ve been one that I answered & have been charged for! Since I have no business in India, this must be a scam call!!
