HYC Manchester. I was a little bored so gave them a fictitious name, a real address, loads of BS about Credit Cards I got; even telling him I d had refunds and my 8% interest too, but he insisted I was still entitled to more. Told me it was no win, no fee but if they did get anything then they got 30% plus VAT; that s 1/3 of the claim. So he took all my details and then passed me through to a colleague who then went through all the same questions again to confirm the details and that I was to sign the forms

claiming to be BT and say my internet account has been hacked and to fix it i need to be sitting in front of a computer! Told them they were scammers and put the phone down on them!

Calls multiple times a day, I screen my calls so do not pick up, leaves no message.

I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Today at 10.30 am I received a call from a man who with-held his number requesting to speak to me by name and I replied to him not known .He was very rude and did not introduce himself when I asked who is speaking. Virus on my Windows. Managed to keep them on the phone for 43 minutes whilst doing some cleaning. Oh the abuse when everything he asked me to do didn t work.
