Supposedly from PayPal sayIng my account was hacked. Not according to PayPal when I called them on the number from their website. I ignored the mobile calls and I then got a text message - still not from PayPal though.
It is an automated call with a little bit of delay between the recordings in order to make you believe that it is a real person. They ask if you had an accident in the past three years.
