Received a call from this number but as I answered they hung up - I was expecting an engineer to call so called the number back thinking it might be the engineer but instead got a automated voice asking about accidents. A scam to get you to call a premium number.

This number called my landline on the 10th of December at 11.18 I answered and said "This number no longer receives incoming calls" as I have had calls before from this number and know it is a scam. The number called again and the 11th December 11.31, 12th December 9.53 14th December 16.40 and again 15th December 15.33 again I answered with the message I had said before. getting fed up with it now.

Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. Stop phoning me - I was not hurt, but it is getting to the point where perhaps I should claim just to stop these calls. Two bleeding years I have been fending off these damned nuisance calls.

Asked for me by name. Announced herself as Jane, from Heatland, The Boiler People". When i queried who "Heatland etc." were, she terminated the call with no explanation.
This was a recorded message telling me that a fraud case is being raised in my name (didn't mention my name though) and I should press 1 now to prevent a criminal case being reported to the police.
