I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. We have been called from this number by somebody claiming to be from British Gas, about an outstanding invoice. As out invoices are regularly paid on time, this is a scam to try and get card details for payment.

This number has just called. She stated she was calling from Help Your Claim. Needless to say, I stated I wasn t interested and hung up. Now blocked.
