Text asking about fraud check involving £3500 claiming to be from Barclay's. I don't bank with them!
This number called, a recorded message told me I am being investigated for tax fraud and told me to press 3 for me to discuss case. I went on to HMRC site and it is a scam.

Smiths glass/window company are the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Since trusting them to supply & fit new Windows (they couldn t even measure correctly so bad decision) they have rung numerous times to try and sell us some more shoddy gear. We tried being polite and explaining we would not use their services again even if it were free to eventually resorting to shouting at them down the phone, but still they ring! Just spend an hour on the call with them about HMRC fraud against my name. Fraudsters get more and more convincing... 'Legal adviser' transferred me to another number which was looked like a legitimate number of The Royal Courts Of Justice (02079477772). That was fun to talk to them. I even call them back asking for address, so I can come over to them (after lockdown ends) and deliver money in a suitcases. For some reason they hanged up...

SCAM Automated voice message saying I have been a victim of tax fraud and had to press 1 to connect the call through to HMRC otherwise the fraud would be registered in my name and I would be arrested soon!! Luckily I am not gullible but I'm sure this would trick a lot of less suspicious people.
