I did this then following day they asked for a further £650 cash when I said I hadn't got the money the man got very rude and aggressive! Ended up putting the phone down on me. Apparently talk talk. Recently joined them. They seemed to know what package I was on and when my bill would be and how much so thought the call was genuine however they started asking lots and lots of questions about previous internet providers, who else was using my internet was it just visitors, what equipment I have in my house and how much they cost me. Started getting suspicious so hung up.
