Most likely a National Insurance Phishing Scam. Reported to HMRC. NI would not have rang from a Vodafone mobile number.

I am posting my comments on the company who own this number, not because they have been calling me but because they sent me a brochure for 30 days free trial on holidays. The enclosed letter stated that if I did not cancel within the 30 days ?99.99 would be debited from my account for the annual membership. called me after 9pm. Didn t recognise the number and they didn t leave a message but they ve phoned before so I wanted them to go away so I called it back with my mobile number withheld. Message after I dialled the number you have dialled has been disabled , so whatever company is behind it it is operating illegally. Do not answer.
