They rang me in the evening and said they were from UK Society and hoped I could help them. I replied that i was registered with the TPS so shouldn t be receiving unsolicited calls and asked them how they d got my number. He apologised and mumbled something I didn t catch due to his Indian accent, then carried on with his spiel about how he was sure I could help them! I said I was too busy and put the phone down.
Scum of the Earth. Scam call claiming that your internet is being cut off and trying to get you to press 1 on keypad. I work for that internet provider and can GUARANTEE you this is not genuine. I hope these people are found and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. SCAM alert - ANIC Associates claim that you have a good chance of winning the Missold Solar Panels. Initially it was a no win no fee claim but then they said, it was more complicated so needed to charge £600 for legal document fees via credit card. Nothing is written down. Do not fall for this!!
