SCAM: same area in Manchester from which several similar phone numbers come from. Only lets your phone ring for a short time and never leave a message. Don't call back unless you are looking for trouble! Thank goodness for answer phones and caller ID.

Same as everyone else...rings once and hangs up. Fed up as I have never had PPI etc, I do not want double glazing or the like but the calls keep coming! Don t answer unless you know the number is my opinion. Block or they just keep ringing.

Scam phone call trying to extrot money and personal details.

They called me on this number around 1pm. I missed the call and they didn t leave an answerphone message.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Caller purported to be from BT and was about to close my Internet connection - I m not with BT so became suspicious. I put the phone down but similar calls have requested money to stop the internet being disconnected.

Recorded message saying "This is a call from the Future Planning Team. This is not an important call." It carried on but I hung up and blocked the number.

Just answered this number for the second time this week, as usual there was a long pause and then I was cut off. These people are nothing but timewasters who continue to pester...
