Very aggressive and rude. They will say that they are calling regarding "Your car accident" for which they have no details. They will call everyone including people who never had a car. When I asked them to spell their company name, they but when I also asked to give me their company registration number, they told me to "F... off" and put the phone down. accident claims company. Hung up on me when I asked for clarification on the address they had for the accident.

Kept calling me and when I finally answered, he started trying to ask me questions about who I was banking with. I refused to tell him as I was unsure of his intentions. He then stated my postcode, which was correct, and said he would send some information in the post. I proceeded to tell him the call was not relevant to me and that i didn t want to be contacted again. This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one.
