They will claim to be calling from O2 (if you tell them you're not with O2, they'll change the story and say they're calling from your network provider/carphone warehouse/some other lie). They will try to solicit personal information and bank details from you. Hang up and block the number!
Guy on phone said he'd come out of an important meeting, was fishing for information about our business wouldn't be specific was trying to get product names, prices, worker names etc.

Repeatedly called from this number which is local to where I live. Answered today to a cheery man calling from Ambassador in relation to an accident I have recently had. I sarcastically asked when this was and he confidently said August 2015 (I, luckily, have had no accidents) When I told him this he sounded confused before cutting the line. Total scam from somewhere in Ladybank/Cupar region.

I missed the call so rang back, a lady answered within one second and said ‘my colleague was calling regarding the car accident you’ve had recently’ I said I haven’t had a car accident and they just said ‘ok’ and hung up. I have been contacted twice by this number today. The first caller tried to engage me with PPI and when I told them to stop contacting me and remove me from their list they logged of. The second time about 1 hour on waited for me to answer then logged off.
Telephone Preference Management have rung me twice today using 01863 300016 - very bad line (that's normally a Scottish Highlands code, but obviously Indian call centre). Asked if I was still getting unwanted calls, and said their system showed that my Debit Card expired in 2018. I said he was wrong, and he hung up.
