These people claimed they had a cheque for me but I needed to pay £500 cash up front had to be paid by purchasing iTunes vouchers and giving them the numbers! I did this then following day they asked for a further £650 cash when I said I hadn't got the money the man got very rude and aggressive! Ended up putting the phone down on me. Tried ringing back they kept hanging up! Lost £500 and have no way of tracing the company either!

The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. My experience is that the call was from scammers trying to get you to install malware on your pc. They obviously have some information on account holders/numbers to call as they were pretending to be Talk Talk technical support, but they are not..

The person on the other end told me they were ringing to review my mortgage. When I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it over the phone, she got aggressive and rude. She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!!
