Caller claimed to know that we were having trouble with our broadband, when in fact there was no problem at all.
I asked to be removed from their list, he said something rude and slammed the phone down!!
This number called my mobile today but did not leave a message. When I returned the call, the number was not recognised. Presumably scam, spam or automated call. I do not answer unrecognised numbers any more.

Just received a call from this number now. A guy called James was the caller and said he was calling on behalf of my bank as I had apparently been in contact with them, which I haven t and he had my name also. It sounded like he was giggling and chuckling whilst he was reading out his spiel so I hung up. Will be keeping an eye out for this number calling again so I won t pick up.
