Had a missed call from this number today. They rang me a couple of weeks ago re PPI. I told them I wasn t interested & not to call again!! I asked how they got my number... They said from an online comparison site!! I used a comparison site back in November last year to compare car insurance. So be careful what info you give out especially phone numbers. They are a nuisance! If you cant block their number just don t answer to them & hopefully they ll get the message.

The caller did not understand what I meant when I said I had registered for TPS and insisted that he was no trying to sell anything. I made all the info up.. and passed the apparent acount security check!! What a joke. Marketing preferences are all unchecked so they shouldn t even be calling. Yes this is an apparent service call from TalkTalk however, they did also try to sell additional services. Time to make an official complaint.
