This company called my mobile number regarding probate on a will. I missed the call but a message was left with the number to call back. Wish there was a way to stop the rogue callers.

Often recieve calls claiming to be from Royal Sun Alliance. RSA are MOTABILITY insurer and we are being targetted for a very minor incident while our MOTABILITY car was stationary/parked/empty off road!Unwelcome, uninvited, disconcerting as related calls can be aggressive. This call was a follow-up call from the Met Police after I reported a theft via their 101 non-emergency number. They repeated to me details from my 101 call, so I have no doubt it was the police. I imagine its unknown etc as it comes through their switchboard, I get the same when the wife rings me from work phone.

Random call at 12:20 GMT did not answer - no message left

Sold item through Gumtree with warranty, broke down, took appliance back and he disappeared, doesn t return calls or texts. Basically stole money. AVOID

Caller asks for you by name then asks a survey related to money ppi. Few days later you will get loads of calls from other numbers all related to the questions you were asked on the first call.

Second call received from John at computer maintenance. First time when I told him that there wasn t a computer at this number he hung up, hoped this would deter further calls. But following day different time he phoned again told him that still didn t have computer and wanted to be taken off their database at which point he hung up. Waiting to see if they ring again.

This number called me yesterday, and several times today. I picked up the most recent call and a girl laughed down the phone and hung up. No attempt to sell me anything or talk about pensions, as other comments have said, just straightforward nuisance call. Have now blocked them.

I was expecting a call, so absent-mindedly picked up, though the caller display number was not my expected person.
nBefore I even said a word, a young male English voice launc...

I keep getting calls from these people. They say they can dramatically reduce business rates and make all sorts of claims and promises then you get a contract that is nothing like what they promise on the phone and you will be left with a bill to pay of around £500 and no proof that they misled you. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database.
