The caller did not understand what I meant when I said I had registered for TPS and insisted that he was no trying to sell anything. This is about the 7th call I've had from them, mostly an Asian guy. They ring back after you hang up. Always calling middle of the day. I asked them too specify which PC was infected, gave one of my family members first name initial and second name. When I asked them to prove they are who they say they were gave me the family members first initial and surname again and that was all they had.
just received it rang 3 times and hung ended the call.
