Im from Sweden and live here. I recently got a call from this phonenr. I asked who it was and she said her name was Martina. Its not the first time I have getting calls from UK, but when I answered the other times it was just silent, then they hang up on me. So I suspect this is a fraud. Really annoying aswell. Probably building to a scam, claimed to be BT a UK telephone provider investigating illegal activity on my internet, when I inquired as to who might be doing illegal things the caller suggested probably foreigners! The call was made at 7am in the morning to a private number, land line and one only known to family members.
Calls everyday at least twice - I have blocked them on my phone, finally, but I still get alerts to tell me when they ve tried to call - When I answered 3 weeks ago they hung up straight away. Do not understand this in the least and should be avoided by all costs - If you have an Android, get Truecaller - You can see the company name and have the option to block individual callers and register them as spam
