This is a landline from Chippenham where we have family, got worried with an early in the morning phone call. Rang all family and they did not call so un-necessary calls to make sure not an emergency. Should not have to go through this first thing in the morning, it is a scam - not give it any of your valuable time.

Had several calls from this number, answered them but nobody wanted to speak, then eventually one guy did and he explained he was calling me from The Financial services authority and he could wipe all my debt. I told him no thank you, I m not interested. He asks why? I told him I don t need to tell him why, can you please remove me from your system. He then told me to shut up!! Several times! A man called who said he was Vodafone and then EE and offered me an outrageous deal of essentially free minutes, free data and free texts for £6 per month. I checked the vodafone website and the closest deal was £33. I suspect that this is a scam and will report.

Received call on landline at 7.49pm today. A female voice with a non local accent said she was calling from microsoft and asked for the main owner of the computer. I said no I am practising music, strummed a few notes, and she rang off. Clearly cannot recognise talent.

Was told the caller was a surveyor and that he was checking about our loft insulation. He seemed to have had access to the time we had it done and also our address. He asked when it was done and was it part of the Government scheme as there was a problem with fibreglass. The line then went dead, but the call was still active as I could see the raised phone sign on my handset Very strange and also very worrying! Didn t give any further info info and hung up as soon as I realised.
