I just received a call from this number, 07900787794 automated call saying my national insurance number has been compromised. I am presuming this is a scam. I just hung up and blocked. If it was a real number they would have left a message.

Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

Scam National Insurance Scam saying NI number has been compromised. Automated message, no doubt wanting the victim of the call to press one to be connected to scammers. I put the phone down when I heard the message and cut off the call. Having seen resent warnings about this scam, I was already aware of it. Don't act on the call and hang up. Government bodies don't call people in this way. BEWARE. DANGEROUS.
Rang 4 times not time to answer. nHave lots of dodgy calls so not called back. Am told could be linked to a premium rate number.

I got a call this morning from this same and it sounded like an Indian person on the other line asking for my name and then it immediately dropped. I call back the number and the voice note confirmed that the number has been theft from another user and is now been used for SCAM and that none shouldn’t entertained it. I’ve now blocked this number on my phone. SCAM

Rang lots of time and sometimes hanged up once answered. Decided to answer and they rang to ask about mortgage. I said we don t have one he then asked about life insurance and I said my husband deals with that he then ask about home insurances where I said I look around for cheap deals my self and then he said he would update his records and said goodbye. It could be a company that searches for deal or This could be a way to get you details so could be dangerous so be be careful and think twice about giving

This is a company that procures fish from the wharf, boxes up what you want and delivers it the same day. I order regulary from them (but for the life of me I cannot remember the company s name - I just wait for their call approx. every 6 weeks!) They deliver the best and freshest fish I have ever eaten.
Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. Woman called advising she was calling from Wessex Water and would like to carry out a recorded customer survey. Upon more pressing she advised that she was actually a third party who had found our company information online (she asked for our company secretary who has no dealings with our utility services, so clearly went onto Companies House and sourced the information from there).
