SCAM / SPAM - HMRC scam call, press 1, you will get arrested, all the usual rubbish
SCAM James (with a non English accent) called to tell me that my (non existent with Domestic appliance that he purported to be from) home contents insurance had expired. I hung up, didn't have time to call him out on his fraudulent activities today.

Lady with a Swedish accent phoned my number asking for my daughter by her full name. I said that is my daughter what is this about? She then went on to ask if we know about the european laws reguarding crypto currency and I realised it was probably a scam and hung up to google the number and found it listed 6 times on a swedish number look up website.

I asked why they were calling and they told me if it was ok that the conversation was being recorded while they started to ask private things about the money I pay for o2. Scam, o2 you should be shamed that harassment calls are made in your name
Automatic message saying they are calling from HRMC and that if you don't press number 1 you'll be arrested. If you press 1 they put you on hold and then someone answers saying «HRMC how can I help you?». If you say «I don't know, you called me». Then they hang up. Probably they are trying to fish personal data.

Silent call The owners of this number need to learn how to use an autodialler properly. Twice today (so far) I've picked up phone to silence at the other end. Whatever they're selling, I'd be reluctant to buy from a company that makes silent calls because they can't set up an autodialler correctly. Called them back, sounded like a call centre but nobody spoke. They then hung up (Twice) Phone says the code is Gairloch in Scotland.
