I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. Never give any information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.

Called but left no message. The telephone number relates to the JCUH at Middlesbrough and I believe the call is to remind patients of an appointment at the hospital. When I phoned it back I was told to ring 01642 850850.

Rang 2100. Said 'Hello' then hung up. Sounded more like a juvenile prank rather than a commercial nuisance caller.
