They seemed to know what package I was on and when my bill would be and how much so thought the call was genuine however they started asking lots and lots of questions about previous internet providers, who else was using my internet was it just visitors, what equipment I have in my house and how much they cost me. Started getting suspicious so hung up.

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call".
