They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Picked up phone, silent for several seconds, then call centre noise and a foreign voice asking to speak to my name. nI said nothing and eventually they hung up.
