It is one of those days.....I have had three of these calls in one morning when exceptionally busy. Criminals make up these numbers - all fake and nearly always different - to call me to try to persuade me to fall for their story that there is something wrong with my computer or internet connection. Their aim is to persuade me to believe their lies and allow them to infect it with something that would be very serious if I fell for their story that they represent Talk Talk or B.T. It varies. Blacks Brokers appear to have changed tack and are now calling themselves Business Match UK - they asked if (name) still owned the business and then, can I have a quick chat, when I asked what it was about they hung up. Most annoying!
