Caller offered free insulation and claimed to be a Govenment Advisor she was very coy when I asked if they were a Government Agency though truthfully answered no. This was the second time they have called and I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take me off their marketing list the first time.

But then after thinking about it I realised I didn t take out a loan at that time . they sent out forms and I haven t filled them in . they ve rang non stop ever since.
