RAC, Cancelled my membership after they screwed me over on parts and labour. Stated in black and white the parts are covered and they held my car 12 days. This call was to try and push their fear mongering on the cancellation and fee s that i owe them. Worst Breakdown service ever. Happy to take your money not happy to pay out! An automated message supposedly from BT stating that there was suspicious activity on my internet and that I was about to be cut off. There was an option to press 1 to resolve the matter. I didn't!
It is Santander but they bombard you with silent calls.
Within minutes of getting a nuisance call on the spare mobile telephone I do not use I received this call on my landline, a recorded voice telling me it was the last time they would be trying to contact me - but I have had the SAME MESSAGE many times! They continue to lie. Their calls are uninvited. I do not want anything to do with them. I object to recorded messages of this type anyway.
