This number has been calling most days for over a week, sometimes several times. I was able to pick up once but there was apparently no one there.

keep calling mobiles and landlines about an accident, and if I want to sue. Despite repeated requests to delete from database, they keep harasing me.

Update: Calling back gives "number unrecognised", so certainly a scam.

Keep getting missed calls. Called back, said it was API telecoms. No idea who or what they are.

I live in the 01978 area code and I ve found any numbers that start 638 in my STD code area to be spam and other untrustworthy calls so I block all these numbers. 638868 has called 4 times today. All calls were left unanswered as my phone was on silent. Texts received from this number on my mobile- states that you are entitled to a large refund on PPI payments which is a load of total rubbish. Obviously a telemarketer working for a PPI reclaim company. Not to be trusted.

Phone version of chuggers, (charity muggers). I won t donate on principle to those who call me. I don t mind charity donating but I object to being telephoned when I opted out under tele-preference.
